Rafael Perez Martinez

Rafael Perez Martinez received the B.S. in Electrical Engineering (summa cum laude) and the M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (thesis option) from Georgia Tech in 2016 and 2019, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in the WBG Lab. He is also the recipient of the Stanford Graduate Fellowship in Science & Engineering (SGF). His current research interests include modeling and characterization of RF/mm-Wave and high-power electronics based on III-N and wide-bandgap semiconductors by using novel optimization and ML techniques.
